Shipping Policy

How and when orders are shipped and delivered.

Shipping and delivery

For international buyers, orders are shipped and delivered through registered international courier companies and/or international speed post only. For domestic buyers, orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and/or speed post only.

Orders are shipped within 3 to 5 days, or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation, and delivery of the shipment is subject to courier company and post office norms. Tracole Technologies is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company or postal authorities, and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within 3 to 5 days from the date of the order and payment, or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation.

Delivery of all orders will be to the address provided by the buyer. Delivery of our services will be confirmed on the email ID specified during registration.

Colours follow the national plate scheme.

Six security features

Retro-reflective sheeting. Laminated, embossed reflective sheeting gives strong daytime clarity and night-time visibility, cutting down low-light accident risk.
Chromium hologram (Ashoka Chakra). Hot-stamped at around 220 °C. The hologram cannot be removed or replaced without visible damage, and is not reproducible by duplication.
Laser-etched identification code. A unique code etched beneath “IND” permanently links the plate to RTO registry records and cannot be erased.
Pearl pigment security ink. The inscription ink shifts colour intensity as the viewing angle changes, defeating attempts to fake a plate with ordinary printing.
Non-reusable snap locks. External fasteners bolt the plate to the vehicle body; any attempt to remove or reuse the plate leaves visible, tamper-evident damage.
Third registration sticker. A self-destructive windscreen sticker carries the laser number, registration date and RTO details as a backup verification layer.
